I need help with a ''problem''. Since I was pretty young I had the chance of living very important experiences: seing things psysically.
For the past years (after a trauma) I've rediscovered my world and accepted who I was (that was part of my little exercise), Anyways, yesterday, before I fell a sleep, around 8:00 PM. I saw a human shape but only the contour of it wich was gassy... I think you know what I mean. I saw it 3 times and the floor at that place was cracking as it was mooving as if someone was walking at that place... Some of my people told me that the spirits or guides or whatever you like them left me alone bacause I needed to learn something and they stand back cause I didn't need them at the moment...
I dreamed about spirits communicating with me ESP... One of them had a red cloack with a big hood covering his head and it said I was now ready...
The cloack means, something is hiding from me (spirits) red mean the energy... What i'm wondering since I always try to find some rationnal explination... And now I can't figure out if its reality as I know it and I am now ready for what was predicted for me or if its my head playing tricks on me... I never had such dreams... They were reality at the time...
If this what I was waiting for, how am I suppose to digest it. When do we know......... Since I'm self critical, I need outside advice....

To be able to expand your psychic awareness you will have to start trusting your instincts and stop bisbelieving what your gut tells you.  

Theres no such thing as coincidence and once you are able to firmly believe what YOU believe then you will gain a higher vibration and psychically you will start to grow more.  Your guides want to give you more information but its hard as when they do it you explain it away so it can become frustrating for want of a better word to keep showing someone a certian thing just to have them take no notice time and time again.

Dont worry you'll get there, just listen to your intuition and trust your judgement, you are already starting too hence your question........
