i'm working with a guy who is now cheating me and i lost trust in him.

If you are still working with this person, you will never work independently.  Because there is already mistrust for deeds done in the past, it will cause a strife between you and business will suffer from it.  If you want to work independently one will have to buy out the other for that to happen.  Right now, you are already noticing business is affected by the constant mistrust and you are over working yourself because you are checking everything that goes on with the business to ensure this person is not cheating you further.  You have to decide what your working relationship is going to be with this other person first and then go from there, otherwise you are just working yourself to the ground.

though i can see mistrust right now, i've to finish the work (which should happen in 3 months from now) and then i can seperate from this fellow.
