I recieved such a strong vibration from your request that I have decided to post this and then I will go back and read everyone elses.

My senses are telling me that this year, at least the majority of it will not be what you hoped for I'm afraid.  It will not be as entensive as it has been for you this previous year, and some of the affects is carrying over for you onto this year.  You are going to be facing many challenges ahead of you in which you are going to have some tough decisions to make.   Look to your situation and do not make any hasty decisions, think on what you want to do very carefully so not to rush into anything blindly.  Know every aspects you are dealing with and know the reprecussion of each choice before moving forward.  You will be able to direct around the rough waters if you take time and make sure they are well thought out.  This is your year that is going to test your perserverence and tolarence for many things.  You would be able to mounevor yourself to safety and calmness, but only if you have everything well thought out.  Don't do anything on a whim and on a rash moment decision, that will just get you deeper into things that you would want to avoid.  

Your court issue looks in your favor, but the outcome is not what you anticipate them to be.  Keep a logg of every important instances and keep track of dates, times and situation (what happen).  You will need that to improve your situation.  Be able to prove what is happening and document everything.  If not, they would be able to disprove your aligations.  Make sure you have witnesses to testify to your documentations as well because they will try to poke holes in your evidence.  Stay strong throughout this time because it will test your sanity and will require every ounce of effort on your part to win.  The outcome depends on how well you keep all the records and how well you have document each happenings.  Again, make sure there is another person involve in your recordings as much as possible because that is what will carry you to victory.  For the most part, you have had a witnesses to each mishaps and that will serve you well.  Even if you have to recreate each occurance, try to get as close to the dates as possible (this is why you need witnesses), and if the dates are offset just a bit, the witness will be able to give you more concrete and base to each occurances.  In the end, you will reflect back to all you had to go through and will be amaized you survived it and would wonder how anyone could have done it.  It will be a difficult road, but towards the end of this year, I would say starting around the last quarter you will start to see results and you will slowly get yourself out of this trying times you are currently in.
