i don't get anything from you at the present time. if you would like to ask a question or give me some back ground about
you it would be easier to pick up on your energy. i don't read by birthdays or you age. but the only thing i'm getting from your post is that you already know the answer your heart is searching for? i don't know if that helps, it just came through while posting this.

Each decade (10 years) has its focus in our lives.  Without exception we are all in this mode through our living and growing.  The 40s is about second starts...we have solidified our thinking through our 30s, then it is all thrown out as we re-evaluate and re-focus in our lives (on all levels) in our 40s.  Change is the order of the day.

It is a time to accept that it is change and ride out the storm within our own peace centre.  Focus on your own best good, then manifest it through the law of attraction.  If it comes in a form you didn't expect (or even like) try using what is there and making it your own.  

Don't let fears hold you back.  You are moving and growing.  So what appears will have that incorporated to last you through another decade.

The 40s is for adventure...get out your adventurous spirit and go with the flow.

The only thing I am getting from your requesting post is that it has something to do with your job or career.  I am getting a feeling that you have reached a last position this current job or career path you've had has to offer and you feel as if your stuck, causing other problems to arise.  You seem to be afraid to take a chance and change direction in careers yet you are afraid to start something new in this stage of the game.  BC is right in which you know the answers in which you seek.  You are afraid to react on what you want to do.  This decision is something only you can make.  Nothing further is given at this point and that is because this information is not allowing us to reveal what will be for you.  When the time is right, it will allow you to see what you need to see to make your decisions and not before.  Go with your gut feeling and listen to what it is telling you.  You already know the answer to what you seek, you just have to still the mind and listen to what your heart is telling you what you are seeking.  Ask guidance from your higher self and listen to what it's trying to tell you.  Meditate and still your mind so that you can hear the message that is trying to come through.

I have a feeling of you being so deeply involved in what is going on in your life that you "cannot see the wood for the trees". I feel that you need to take a step back to evaluate the situation & recognise & accept that mistakes have been made but that they are not necessarily negative as they prove a useful learning block for the future. There is a need for diplomacy & tact on your part as you negotiate a path forward with those around you. When big decisions are to be made over the coming months deliberate carefully weighing up all the options before committing yourself. I feel also that there are some contracts to be signed in the not too distant future.
