Hi Frank how you feeling? obviously after some answers if your bumping your post up so lets see what I can offer you I have a few moments to spare.
Ok first things first theres a woman whom you havent noticed but boy she has noticed you.  Your so pre-occupied by other women and them reaching expecations you and your family have set that you havent considered this girl.   This is of course not your fault by any menas its divine guidance and perfect timing things will happen as they are meant too.   She's quiet and nice and when the times right you'll see her but I feel you'll have a couple of hurried umm...physical relationships before you 'truly' see her.

Ok your work its a good investment but boy your going to have to really work for it.  You will struggle and its going to be the little things that will bring it sucess like the friendly staff the warm atmosphere.  Dont let any of the customers feel that your working let them feel that your their mate and you are entertaining and looking after them within their own home (understand?).  In saying this the person handling the books and financial side of things needs to make sure they dont over extend the alloted agreements.  Hope that makes sense to you???

Ok now you ask if you will be happy?   Do you want to be happy, are you 'willing' to be happy then yes of course you'll be happy what we project we receive.  Your a fun guy when your not taking things so seriously or is it less seriously i cant pick it up but your defintely one way so you either you need to relax a little and have some fun or you have to buckle down and sort yourself out..

Is it you that is concerned about letting your Father down? do you have a brother whom has different intentions and this is where lies the emotions of guilt?

sorry im being taken back to the restaurant I'm being told you may become bored or feel its time to give it up as its not coming along as you all had hoped but trust me its the 'Service' and faces that bring the customers in.  

Ok your energy is picking up your grandfather or a fatherly figure whom I feel is on your fathers side is coming through he wants to let you know he endeavours to help you all suceed in this family business I almost feel it was something he himself had done or had hope to do with his son?  He's quite proud also he wishes to acknowledge maybe your  sister or possibly your aunty who isnt well or has gotten herself into more than she can handle and hopes for help for her.

I Hope this helps if nothing makes sense now just hold it in the back of your mind as sometimes I predict future events that havent occured or it can be something thats slipped your mind and you will remember later.

Thats what I've always hoped for. A girl who notices me before I notice her.    Is she of the same ethnic background as I am? Its very important that she is. And, how will I know who she is? I'm not very good at picking up signals  Like if a girl notices me, I tend to think shes noticing my bad qualities I dont know why I think like that, I guess its because I'm not used to having girls pursue me in any way.



I agree, hospitality is a very important aspect of this type of business. I'll try to find ways of letting people know and feel they are appreciated. I'm also trying to find staff that has that warmness and friendly demeanor, and thats very hard to find nowadays.



I would love to be happy. I want to get that feeling again of waking up in the morning and looking forward to the rest of the day. You know, like having things to look forward to. Because lately, the days have been a drag. I've always felt that a nice girl, who loves me for me, would help bring that feeling back. I used to be so playful and open before. I don't exactly know how I got so depressed and reserved  



This one gave me goosebumps when I read it. It is my grandfather on my dads side. When my dad opened his first restaurant, my grandpa was helping him out. And, my uncle(dads side) and aunt, opened a restaurant also, and theirs isn't doing so well either. I'm glad my grandpa is trying to help, and I hope he isn't mad about the feud my dad and uncles have gotten into fairly recently. Also, I'd love to hear more from my grandpa, I've never met him before. He passed away when I was a year old. Any messages you get from him would be greatly appreciated.
