Your father knows that you love him.  He stands beside your bed sometimes at night.  I know you have felt him.  Once he placed a kiss on your cheek.  You have nothing to feel sorry for.  We can't always be there for our loved ones but they know.  They have memories.  Just because they pass on doesn't mean that they don't come around us.
 Every time that you think of him he can feel that love.  When you go to bed tonight, close your eyes and picture him in your mind.  He is smiling and then he kisses your cheek and touches your shoulder.  Feel that love and warmth then just let the sadness go.  He is very happy and has no pain or sadness anymore.
 He says you have the ring.  I am not sure what he means so I hope you do.  I also get the name Sarah.  I don't know if that means anything but I hope I helped.
