You feel in a rut of a job...not a career.  Or your career did not manifest all your expectations.  Evaluate and make changes!  You have so many more talents than this job is utilizing and that is what has happened...you are bored.  Try looking around....not even in the same industry or company.  See what the alternatives are...and if they would suit you.  You are also seeking more money...you feel you are not being paid your worth.  Only you know how talented you are...you are not using your talents in the job...so how can you be paid for them?

When you are ready to make the change...there is potential, possiblities, and prosperity waiting around the corner.  You have to choose to pick up the ball and run.  If you find something that utilizes more of your talents you will be paid in kind.

In your discontent with the job/career situation, you have kind of avoided any attachments.  You want everything to come to you in a nice, neat package wrapped up in a pink ribbon.  Sorry, life doesn't operate that way.  It comes to us by what we sow, we reap.  How positive and projecting have been your thoughts/seeds for the good to come?  Evaluate and correct the barrometer of your life interests.

Someone once said...you can tell an aries...but not much.  They have a very strong will and will control the situations around them.  Be prepared to work with them, in their issues.  But don't ever let go of your own dreams and goals...that is so important to our own heart.

My first and big problem was always my LOVE life, i really don't know why .. may be because of my past experiences ( 2 dramatic relatioships ) .. but what is making me feel bad now is the insecurity that i feel every single day within my present relationship, i resisit this love at the beginning because the same feeling of FEAR from LOVE and because of the distance between us as we live in different countries, but gradually i started to fall in love, he was so caring and loving and i really trusted him .. but for no reasons i started to feel insecure although he still caring, loving and really nice, the problem is i really love him but at the same time don't feel 100% secure with this relationship ..

note that insecurity for me means .. no future for the relationship ( not to reach marriage as example) because i feel i really need to settle with a loving man with a nice family..
