Dear LM,

| starting to get frustrated with myself and it's beginning to effect my relations with my children and partner. |
This sorry situation must not be allowed to continue to its almost inevitable outcome, as what point is there finding the keys if you lose both the support of your family as well as any sense of self respect as a direct result of your desperation to recover them?
Having temporarily caught up with my backlog of readings in the Psychic Reading forum only yesterday, I noticed that you had not yet received a response your questions on this one concerning your psychic development. I have never tried to put myself forward as being either a highly gifted or professional psychic (or a psychic in general), as the word "psychic" has unfortunately taken on negative connotations which I do not wish to be in any way associated with. But having said this will I do in the place of an experienced psychic, if I confess that I have no special powers or abilities not possessed by most if not all other human beings?
One thing which you wrote which immediately jumped out of the page to me as possibly being your biggest error or stumbling block in learning how to more effectively tune into your own inborn but largely latent spiritual abilities was the following section about the method which you used in an attempt to find your missing set of keys.
And I quote...........

| So here's what I have tried in order to subconsciously find them, I have thought long and hard visualising the keys and I keep coming back with the same feeling that they have fell or that they are falling I am now struggling to understand what this means. |
You obviously already understand that your psychic or spiritual abilities manifest through your subconscious mind. Thinking long and hard is in contrast performed with your daily conscious mind. As soon as you force yourself to think long and hard about where the keys could possibly be the focus of your mental energies immediately moves away from your subconscious to your conscious, and by so doing most effectively blocks or stops any hope which you might have had of tuning into your abilities to help you to locate them.
You are much more likely to experience some success with this if you do not think long and hard, but instead enter a lightly relaxed state of mind or altered state of consciousness where you are not thinking of anything in particular.
And if you have as most people do problems in getting your mind to co-operate with you in your experiment, use a pleasant, repetitive thought to distract you from the temptation to think long and hard in the form of a mantra - a short phrase which you repeat without any force or pressure over and over again while you are relaxed for your conscious mind to focus upon, keeping it too busy to spend wasted time and energy trying to use logic to find the keys and probably getting nowhere fast in doing it. Logic by itself is rarely enough to solve a problem. Our Creator designed us to use both logic and intuition in combination with each other to solve our problems or guide us towards a happier and more successful life.
I have no doubt that the missing keys could have physically fallen into a place where you had a good chance of not finding them, but it is my opinion as someone who has both in the past sat in regular psychic development groups or has run them myself as a home circle that the falling feeling has much less to do with the keys, but much more with you using an element of force to make your method of locating them work.
If the force you were using to make this work was not bad enough, now you are struggling with the most likely interpretation of what you are feeling and are only with due respect compounding your mistakes. I recognise that the keys are of great significance to you and that it is highly inconvenient that you do not know where they are at present.
I am aware that the situation is becoming increasingly desperate with each passing day without your keys, but getting frustrated with yourself and fighting against the way in which your mind was designed to naturally work is only likely to make you want to give up prematurely, both with the keys and more importantly with yourself. You were spot on when you wrote that you just need peace of mind that you will eventually find the your keys (most likely in a place where you have already looked several times before now, but for some unknown reason did not notice them up until now).
But you will never achieve the peace of mind you are looking for if your conscious is continuously in conflict or battling with your subconscious, wherein lies your intuitive abilities. I believe that the sensation of the falling keys which you described is actually a symptom or negative side effect of the way in which you are attempting to simultaneously use both your conscious and subconscious, very efficiently blocking either or both of them in helping you. When I said that we were designed to use both logic (conscious) and our intuition (subconscious) in combination with each other, I did not mean at exactly the same time.
So in summary, if you have not already located your missing keys since you posted this my suggestion would be to either allow your mind to empty itself naturally of any thoughts without the use of any force on your part, or alternately to temporarily distract your conscious mind with a calming and comforting mantra gently repeated to yourself while you are in a lightly relaxed altered state of consciousness (not asleep).
Either method is infinitely more likely to yield a positive outcome when compared to how you have tried to perform this search so far. Please do not beat up on yourself for making this common mistake, as learning this lesson early in your development is far preferable than having to learn it much later when you may need to find something or someone which or who will be much more important to you then than missing keys understandably seem to be to you at present.
