I'll start by simply saying that psychic events have a history in my family.

This shaking I refer to is confusing to me. It mostly happens when I talk to certain members of my family about certain subject on my mind.

The best I can describe it is that my mind is still, I have total control of that aspect yet my body is nervously shaking almost uncontrollably. I should add that its not necessarily "outside shaking" but extreme shaking of my insides, my nerves.

Sometimes it will effect my voice to the point where it almost sound like I'm about to cry.

If anyone has had similar experiences and or knows what this is I am open to all.

Have you been checked out for neurological issues?

The psychic energies (and that is what they are) are flowing all the time.  The problem is we are trying to hold information so the flow has an obstruction.  When we are talking other, like minded, people and psychic energies flow, we have to allow them to flow and not try to halt any information on the stream.
