I am really in a mess... having frequent psychic attack at night.
I have even kept some crystals with me but no effect (now I have ordered for tourmaline crystals from ebay)
I don't really know what to do.
I tried meditation but no effect.
At First, the negative entity or entities was trying to attack my mind I assume because I was getting lots of pain at each attack(which I thought was impossible in the astral plane).
So far I have never heard someone getting pains in the astral world during attack!!
During each attack I would see a my view distorting... kind of red colour liberating and a violent pull on my head. At each painful pull, I would see a blue colour. Don't know what this really means. After three days, I experience the same attack, with the green negative entity glued to me. I tried to pull it away, and after great difficulty I was able to connect to the material world.
My aunt, a psychic, did some meditation... I thought everything was going to be ok... but after some day, during sleep, I saw astrally a dark negative entity lurking near my bed. My soul did its best to come back to the material world.... with lots of difficulty as it becomes difficult to come out of sleep (experiencing sleep paralysis).
And now I almost undergo another attack. before going to sleep, my younger sister ended up talking to nobody, almost like something was using her to deliver a message. The message: "You are not insane, so I will come tonight".
My younger sister is quite shocked because that night a negative entity tried to attack me once more. This time in the dream I heard a voice telling me not to wake up or try to move, but I did the opposite. I opened my eyes (coming to material world), and I felt something heavy on half of my body. There was a fast beating pulse on my neck. For the first time in my life I felt the heaviness of a negative entity in the complete material world. So far I have never heard somebody experiencing such a thing like that. This heaviness went away. Outside I could hear dogs howling
My elder sister used to have lots of negative entity attack in the past , but none were like I experienced. good that she never experiences these things again.
So far I have read on the net that a protective barrier is necessary to prevent these attack. I can't really understand what is meant by visualizing in meditation. I have a problem of visualizing because it seems so"forceful" on my mind. ?Having a blank mind is really not a solution to this problem I assume.
I have read that depression, drugs, stoned people have these type of problem. In the past I was somewhat depressed because I was getting a full load of life lessons to learn.
But this year I am really relaxed... no depression ... have been able to cope and realised what was the true meaning of losing my twin flame soulmate in this lifetime(took me lots of years to understand why)... finally been able to realised that I am unique...like to paint ... but getting so many attacks????

I don't know whether somebody has performed black magic on me???...I suspect my cousins and uncle due to past experience.

I don't know anymore what should I do, think ....etc
I even tried to tell my spiritual guides to help me... maybe they can't hear me.
I even tried to tell these stupid negative entities to let me alone... but demonic beings are really stubborn about their negativity (that is they really have no clear concious).

I have no clue what to do.... HELP!!!

Have you tried asking a psychic about any of this at all?
They may have some good advice or special techniques you can try to help you rid yourself of this being or beings. Let me know if you want to give it a try I can suggest a few really good ones for you to call.

The first step may be to eliminate the physical/material causes of any pains you are suffering.  Get a full medical and even check with mental health professionals.  There are some real problems here on the physical that need addressing before we assume it may be psychic attacks at all.

The next thing is that you are in charge.  You are allowing all this power to go from you to unseen sources.  Take charge and do not allow!

So far as I know, is that all physical illness are caused by negative entities.
My sis used to be ill because of negative entities in the past, and no doctor could heal her. Some psychic did some cleaning on her and with time her health improved (unconciously she managed to develop her resisitance to these entities as well).

The thing is that she says that the attacks I am getting are really stranger than she used to get?


Update 1:
My sis dream- Satan has got acess to our house. No knowing what to do, sis hides. Then she managed to fool Satan's son. Satan plan is foiled. Satan is thrown out of the house. My sis is trying to close door of house, but Satan gets hold of the door and get inside.

Update 2:
A bad dream- My house is in a dark dimension. A huge devil has devasted my surrounding. I am trying to beat this huge beast with a massive wooden rod. My sisters are trying to help me. All guardians in my have long been defeated. Seeing that my attacks have no effect on that devil, I went away trying to revive my dead guardians using strange small capsules. I was able to get three of them but they were just too small...
Suddenly I see myself going to my college (also lost in darkness) with my sisters. I was about to take the habitual road, but my sis showed me another strange road. we decided to take take strange road. But as we walked on that road, it becomes narrower until it ends as a narrow plank, with void to the sides. the road continues on another plank, so I tried to connect the two plank together so that we can continue our path. But our destination was not college as we had thought, but we were trapped in a strange room, with a mean guard outside. He was accusing us that we were trying to run away from school which was a false accusation because our aim was to reach college. Then I instigate my sis to run away with me.
End.

When you get into the dark arts and using the astral plane you must realize it stems from your own belief system and also your fears in that realm.  As I read all about satan and the darkness you are experiencing it struck me I wanted to shake you out of that belief system.  But that, of course, is not possible.  We must all take our journies and see where they lead.

There is no satan, devil or other entity that creates all the darkness.  There is only our light and dark side as human beings.  If we consider this as our journey in development then we realize there will be dark situations and light situations to life to teach us lessons.  

Disembodied spirit is real - we are all spirit and will pass from this realm of material to a realm of spirit progress on the fullness of our own lives.  To 'dabble' in crossing the threshhold without some grounding, protection and knowledge is a lesson in foolishness.  And then the fears kick in.  The astral is just not the most effective nor enlightened level of spirit intercourse for human agency.  And yes, many come back with pain because of their lack of protection and knowledge.  

Close the doorway you have opened between the astral and the material and a lot of the dream and/or psychic attack will cease.  You have opened a doorway that you do not understand and do not control.
