I agree. It is the emergence from depression that helps us learn. Thoughts during the depressive stage can be misled and confusing and can lead to reoccurences if they are held onto. Sometimes this is when proper help should be sought so that they can be discussed in real time offline.

Exactly, much need for councelling and aid in this situation in real time. Sometimes we just have to understand ourselves better to understand what is happening.
