Hello,
I am new here and let me say that I am astonished with this website.  I have never come across anything so informative.

I have been Intuative as far back as I can remember.  Now I am getting images that come in very fast and make me all flabergasted.  Is there any advice on how to slow them down.

Do not be open all the time.  Give yourself and spirit source a time and place to meet up.  In this way you will take charge and be able to have the visions come on your bidding, not randomly and out of context with your life.

When you do protection exercises in the morning (everyone should take the time to do this) also consider it a closing down of the energies until your appointment.  In that way they have a time to accumulate and the messages can be vital and used.
