When im about to lay down when I get really tired I start to hear voices and other unusual sounds. Its not schizophrenia. When I lay down I get intense Inner pressure where my 3rd eye is located at, feels like my ear drums are under deep water pressure, and I get energy spasms that go down my body like crazy. Some times the energy spasms go out of control and do little stings in random parts of my body.

Some times when I connect I not only hear sounds, but I see images. I would see eyes, faces, unusual energy flashes, etc. (I see energy flashes all the time from inner sun meditations, but this is different.)


A wise naga has told me its the 4th Dimension connection, but I really never got to talk to him much about it.

well well well i think that you have a case of ungrounded  energy just guessing. 4th dimensionally, humm well probe that idea a bit if its really strong you could even pass into the astral

I use to meditate a lot with energy works, I had to know how to ground energy so that isnt it. Yeah I get a alot of severe astral cases (I can also Astral project a little). One time Before I connected I saw on my door a red glowing energy and in the middle dark energy (Never saw energy like it before). That was also before I went into SP and I was experimenting moving my body with just with energy (Levitating).

Just before sleep overtakes your consciousness you are in the alpha state - the same state the mind is in during meditation.  So the same things can happen as in meditation.  Be aware of your state of consciousness and go beyond into sleep through relaxation.

spiritalk, I thought the theta state was the state of meditation, and the alpha state being "daydreaming"?
