Along with EOT's perfect comments, and I concurr with him totally, I would like to add a little comment. I know you say you don't believe in the curses, but sometimes you wonder, we all do that and that is normal. I would like to offer this simple prayer for you to recite, it would be beneficial if you say it 10 days consecutively, just to release that little bit of doubt and give you that little bit of knowledge that your are counteracting those doubts.
"If what I am experiencing is not mine, may God have His shield around me and I release whatever it may be to Him. This I ask for the highest good of others and myself."

Hi MangoMom, thanks a bunch for the welcome and words of advice, I will use both prayers from you and eye_of_tiger. The kind of topics disscussed here have interested me to some degree in my life, I will definatly be around for a while. thank you!
