How do you know if the feelings are real?
Okay, I'll explain....
Every now and then, when I hear a creak in the house or a bubble from the fish tank, I get this really wierd feeling throughout my body of an earthquake. It's hard to describe, but I'll do my best. My body gets a warm feeling throughout, and I get intense fear. I've even started shaking in fear. Its mild, but it happens. My mind immediatly thinks earthquake.
Just a few minutes ago I got it again. But this time after it subsided, I felt my body rocking.
Now, let me tell you that I do live in California. We get earthquakes often. I experienced some really big ones. They were all when I was young though. But I remember on a really big one where our house and belongings were damaged, I felt that same "rocking" feeling for days. People just said that I was remembering going through the quake because that is what happened.
I've never been afraid of earthquakes. They happen. They are usually not that bad, so no fear!
But this feeling I've gotten is happening more often these days. And my mind automatically thinks an earthquake is coming.
What do you think? I'd really love some input as to your thoughts!!
Thank you!

It sounds like more of an emotional response to me. What are your fears? What were you thinking before the event? And then turn around and try to resolve your emotions to calm down. Any and all calming exercises would be good.
Not all random energies we receive are a prediction for some disaster. Even if an earthquake should happen, you would probably find there is an earthquake in your personal affairs.
