I'm not into a lot of the things at the Mystic Board, I've never had a reading as such. When I was younger it was easy for me to leave my body, but there was a point I lost my astral vision and it was all black around me, there were things I could not see, but I knew they were waiting for me to come out of my body, so I didn't.
I was young and dumb and involved with things I should not have been, probably. I nolonger do these things, it was nothing really bad, but things not for a person trying to better their self.
I'm trying to get back into the astral projection, with some luck, I can walk right into my dreams and look around, but I have trouble getting to the vabratory state.
Now is my real question, I work in my sleep as much as possible, the other morning, I had six rings in the circle of my body, three on either side, the three on the left didn't bother me, the one in the middle of the three on the right was giving me some distress. Also in this middle ring a oriental woman seem to be the one causing the distress, I finally got past what ever it was.
Just thought would see if anyone had any comments.

You have welcomed all and sundry energies during astral projection.  It is just the lowest level of spirit contact with uneducated and ill meaning entities.  (Reach higher!)  In the meantime this oriental influence appears to be something that has attached itself to you and you may need some real work to keep the rings within yourself for yourself and not from anyone interfering.

I would very much e interested in techniques for reaching higher-  especially getting past the "crawling underneath your skin" feeling... that for me seems to be the main distraction for going farther. I used to be able to get past it with no effort when I was younger...

Any suggestions, I feel as if I may be on the verge of some awakning, I am not anchored to this existance, except by others, responsibllity for others to others. Those lost, I'm lost but, I know whose house I'm in.
When was 22, sometimes would just float away from body, while awake sitting, would have to cause retun. Now I have noticed the mild return of the vibration in like third eye area, but just waves, somehow holding self back.

When we first open to psychic abilities we must learn to Take Charge of the whole thing.  You do not want input when you are busy doing your job or other such activities.  Giving a time and place allows for the conscious effort to unfold that which is a talent within.

All psychic abilities stem from the 5 senses used in our material life taken to the sensitivities of the psychic and adding 2 more - intuition from the gut and I know from the heart.  As you meditate and calm yourself, you will find yourself opening those centres to a more spiritual place.  Spirituality is an option, of course - but all mediumship works best when it is a part of understanding your own God-given talents, abilities, skills.
