I am not psychic or anything, but I am sensitive to people moods and energy.  

I am working as a nurse, and traveling to different houses. Homecare...
(I don't know how to describe it better)
In every house a different energy. Some houses feel very light, some have a heavy energy's that can really get stuck to me like glue.
I get sick, get a headache, feel instantly tired.
Sometimes it really drains all the energy out of me. As if I cant close myself from their energy and taking it with me. And when I get home from work I am completely exhausted.

When you are psychic, I can imagine, you sometimes have to close the door to not constantly get all the impressions.

How are you doing that?
Do you have tips how I can close myself from others people energy fields?
That I can do my job without getting so tired?

You need a basic shield to separate your empatic side from your work so you dont collect and store energy past your limits.

What do you mean with a basic shield, how do you apply it?

The problem is, I can't be non-emphatic.
Not that I put my complete heart and soul in every person I meet.
But I am not a machine either. It just happens unconsciously.
I just feel when there is a deceived spirit in the house, or when someone
can't communicate because of brain damage, I communicate on another level.
I feel how they feel, I pick up all their vibes, even if I don't want to be empatatic at all.

It has it advantages, because somehow I can deal with the most psychiatric
patients. I seem to have the talent to bring some peace in the house.

I don't know if it are impressions, if its just instinct and experience,
or if I can relate to their pain so much, because I'd been there too.
Anyway, it doesn't matter that much...

I don't wanna take a whole backpack of 'shit' with me,
cause I have more to do in life then shakin' off bad vibes....
I can use the energy to make music.
 
I heard of "golden piramides' or 'white cocoons' and stuff.
I tried, but really wonder if it stays on, the minute I stop visualizing it.
It didn't feel different either.
