You just flipped a switch in me.  I'm confused right now in how to be myself.  I've been shedding or un-learning what culture/society has taught me about that.  Cant wait to finish and see the complete picture.  Or do i ever really finish?  Confused.  Cannot compute.

I don't think that there are any "dumb questions" (well, maybe there are, but I don't think you've asked any here!).  You only get into trouble when you get so bogged down by the questions that you can't see the answers that are set down before you--or, worse, when you think that you've already got all the answers.

I'll try that thanks.  Hey, I get this feeling, its like I'm wearing a hat.  Sometimes I'll have to touch my head to make sure I dont have one on.  It goes away after 10-15 minutes.  If I meditate on it the feeling becomes more pronounced and its like a connection between me and something outside of my body. Someone told me its my crown chakra.  Is that what it is?  If so, what do I do with it?
