Psychic sensitivities is about the 5 senses you use in the material vibration and adding 2 more: intuition from the gut and I know from the heart as you sensitize the senses to another level of being human. This creates the clairs (voyance, audience, gustience, sentience, etc.) when we use them to form a demonstration.
Dreams are not about the psychic. But psychic dreams can occur in a couple of windows of time. Psychic abilities manifest through meditation.
