last night i was on my computer and i saw a full figured shadow of someone standing near my roomates doorway, i thought it was him so i didnt think nothing of it, it then walked into the living room and into the kitchen and i figured he was gonna get something to eat so i went  back to what i was doing until i heard like 2 whistles which is the whistle my roomate makes when he wants me to come over to where he is, i was about to go yell at him in the kitchen but i switched on the light and nobody was there!  I then asked my roomate if he went out of his room at any point and he said no and apparently he didnt even see it in his doorway because he was too busy playing his game on the computer. Now i've been known to feel my bf energy around me (astro projection) but i've never been able to see it thats what kinda freaked me out, i dont think it was a ghost because i would have been able to sense that and i didnt, i just felt like it was someone i knew and he was taller then my roomate anyway....i'm having a little trouble figuring it out i thought nobody could astro project themselves like that

Sometimes peoples minds play tricks on us. Some more than others. I know when I have been working long hours with the many things I have going right now, that sometimes when I get overtired my mind plays tricks on me. Could this be what is going on with you maybe?

no i dont work as much as you do glad you can handle all your work scedule, it takes a strong person to work that hard. it was a full on figure. it wasent a shadow cast off of anything,  it has face, body, arms, legs, you name it it had it

Astral projection is possible.  When the mind was focused on a game, he may have inadvertently astral projected.  If he has done it before it can happen that simply.  If not, it has another explanation.

I felt a spirit presence as you also heard something - the whistle.  Spirit mimics our usual sounds.  I hear hubby's voice calling to get me up when he hasn't even been there.  

A house cleaning may be in order.

Spriittalk, that makes a lot of sense, the projecting when the mind is otherwise engaged.  It makes sense with the whistling as well, since that is a known habit.  Wow.  I had not thought along these lines.  Thank you.
