everyone has these abilitys, we jsut lose them as we grow up. but some people keep hold of them.
spiritual development is a constant journey. you dont wake up one day playing poker with the crew of tthe titanic but at same time its not a slow up hill sturggle. you go thru ups and down, spurts and slows. it al depends on what is best for you at the time and when it is best for you to go on a spiritual growth spurt.

be careful not to get confused with what psychic actually means. psychic just refers to energy, being psychic is picking things up form a persons energy or aura. all people a psychic but dont know it. when you walk in a room and get a feeling your friend is hiding something from you without her saying anything, thats psychic energy at work.

mediumship referes to spirit, getting messages, healing with spirit, doing readings that involve spirit etc.

what your friend expeirinces is intuition. intuition is a very stong sense as its this that makes you step of the bus before your stop then bumping into a long lost friend, or calling round to see someone and you dont know why you feel the urge to then finding they sick or in need of a hug.

Several times at work I'd be thinking about a friend who works there hoping to see her. Then suddenly she pops out of the restroom as I'm passing it. Amazing. Guess I was tuning in to her. This has also happened as I was thinking about other people. They showed up too.

its great to have intuition. can be a life saver in avoiding poeple you dont want to talk to.

the main thing i get with this sense is thinking about someone ive not talked to in a while then the next day they fone or email or i bump into them in the street.

the other one is heading home from shopping and getting the urge to go into a shop i wasnt planning on goingin , then finding something ive been looking for everywhere for ages.
