Visualize a long gold rope/cord.  You tie one end to the bottom of your spine, throw the other end down to the center of the earth, tie it off to a large rock.  Pull up a bit with your body to make sure it is securely tied.  Then take a breath in and see the rope expaning to the width of your body, then breathe out and let all ungroundedness, pain, frustration, anything you don't want to keep or is keeping you from being grounded down the center of the rope.

Now........... after you have done this a few times, you on the in breathe, attach the cord, to bottom of spine, to center of earth, pull up, let it expand, then on exhalation dump what you need.

In a real emergency of needing to ground attach GOLD cord to bottom of spine and earth and see it well attached with the intent of being grounded .(period)

In time of emergency, example: someone is drunk and is going to harm themselves because they are so ungrounded.  Do the same thing for them.  

If someone is attacking someone, like a woman and you need to save her, cut their gold cord.  You must move fast, they will reground quickly, but you can save a person's life if you time it right.

That is the fastest easiest way I know of to ground.
