Sorry to hear that! It seems to be a common occurrence lately. Many posts about it ...

All I can do is give some advice, a technique: Find out WHY you lost the ring. (carelessness? In a rush? Maybe not so attached to it?) Make peace with that and it will be easier to find. (works for me).
