Does anyone get any warning signs before anything?

Like for me I get this overwhelming anxiety attack feeling inmy heart charkra area. Or I get ringing or clogging inmy ears. Sometimes I hear things, but most of the time it is the overwhelming sick or "heavy" feeling in my chest.

It took me years and I always thought that is meant that I was nervous for no reason then I realized it was something more. Can warnings ever be something positive?

Now i know being warned about something is positive, but I mean can it ever be good news?

Does anyone else have any relative experience with any of these symptoms?

Your symptoms do sound incredibly like an axiety attack, and not very pleasant. Although I do get pangs when I know something is about to happen, good things I find lead more to a feeling of excitement and happiness with an unknown cause, so I am just unexplainably happy or sad or angry. Take a few moments and centre yourself and make sure that you always use protection and if it gets too much or you need time off then use a shield or blocking technique

Hi, I can relate to what you are saying. I use  to get the heavy feeling in my chest when I did healings on people even though I was fully grounded but the last couple of months I have had it non-stop and am not sure whether it has something to do with myself personally or if I am sensing a change of some sort............Guess we will have to wait and see.

Hmmmm I never have had a "good" feeling about something.  I never thought about it until you asked your question.  Usually I get a feeling that is like a hit in the gut or a hit in the forehead, it's the only way I know how to explain it.  On the other hand a few times it's been good, sweet things, such as a letter or phone call from someone.  That's more like something I just "know" and it doesn't leave me with any anxiety at all, it's just what it is, just like seeing dark clouds and knowing it's going to rain.  I agree with Lady of Avalon.  You should remain centered so as not to have an anxiety attack.  If anything is possible, then yes, it can sometimes be a good warning.  Remaining centered will bring the truth, either way imho.

You are definitely not alone with this. Many of us have had such feelings. For me, i get the "sinking" feeling in my chest usually paired with an abstract vision of what's to come. Example: one night I was getting ready to go out with friends and I was struck by that feeling and an image of being crucified, having my legs broken. I knew someone was out to betray my trust but I had no way to prevent it... so I went out like planned...and sure enough... The good thing about these "warnings" is it somewhat softens the blow... but at the same time, it is frustrating to know something bad is going to happen but not get enough info to do anything about it... though I guess I could have stayed home... but that's just not me
