Akasic records are in the ether. As fare as things coming true its either 'going to happen' or 'probably going to happen'. You can only force things to happen by applying will power.

The reader shouldn't tell ben negative things - it just promotes the probability of him holding those negative thoughts and manifesting. Does more damage in my eyes. It has always been about choice. Sine the moment you woke up. Since the moment you were able to walk it has been about choice and your choice affecting you and everything around YOU. Ben can be whatever he wants to be, as long as he believes he can.

Certain sentences and messages deserve certain ways of puting 'it'. The majority of the time if your strongly connected with your-self you will know. The whole second guessing thing goes out the window.

I dont do readings anymore I just read people and 'things' through clairvoyance.

Everyone has there own reason for wanting a reading mainly because they wish to know things. I like to help but I dont like needy people.

I dont know about everyone else but I feel that there are small things that happen in your life that are destined to happen and all the big life changing things that happen in your life are up to probability or choice. I believe some lessons we MUST learn in order to progress. Sadly its more bad lessons then good. Bad lessons always turn out good if you learn what not do next time your confronted with the same or similar negativity.

I agree with much you say Boom, but I think what is most important is not if it is Akashic, Psychic, or any of our tools, but more the Reader and his/her ability to connect to the quarrant and get the right feeling.

As for lessons
If you give it a thought...."Bad lessons" are the only lesson you really learn from (in my opinion), because bad lesson  "fasten" itself much more to the brain, then "good lesson", which many times just are a confirmation that you have done something right, and not necessarily is a lesson in itself.

Your question about "Ben" confirm my thoughts that "Ben" is his own ultimate Reader, if he put up a goal to be famous,works toward it, he might succeed.
If a Reading tells him the same, and he don't work to achieve it, it might not come true.

I also agree that a Reading shall mostly have a positive approach.
If we are in a "harmonic" state of mind and has goal for our life, we seldom ask anyone for a Reading.

If we are down, and feel we need advices or help to get out of it, then we ask for Readings, in hope to get new light....but sadly most are waiting that the Reading in itself shall fix their life, and that will seldom or never happen.

We are the master of our universe.

I personally believe if you put a goal up and work towards that goal in any way you will succeed not only in that goal but the way you go about achieving that goal determine the kind of spiritual being you are. Your goal might even change to a different desire. You may acholmplish another goal thats all leading up to your main goal. In any case, you will succeed if you desire to. it starts with desire. Desire turns into action. Action regarding negative or positive will determine that kind of person you choose to be. You can say a sentence but you can also say the same sentence in a negative light or positive. Positive intentions conveyed on negative words will cancel out any positive power your intentions may have.

"The road to hell is paved in good intentions", that rings so true in my ears.

1) To what extent could psychic/Akashic readings ‘comes true’?  In other words, how do we make sure our next 6 months or so will turn out the way you have read it?  Could we accidentally ‘force’ things to go in a different direction?

J:  I was once told that the word Akashic (sp?) was a word given to someone's personal library seen in meditation and it caught on.  Some of the words used in the metaphysical and paranormal arenas are like that and no one quite knows the origins.

The future is a major part seed sowing of our own thoughts to produce the blossoms of the present.  There could be some destiny attached but for the most part it is free will choice rather than determinism.  What you may be reading is for the sitter and is their own library of knowledge that is available to us all.

J:  Free will choices is the highest of production of our destiny.  Little is predetermined - else why would we be living a life of experiences (lessons)?


3) Regarding the delivery of readings, how do you feel about using words such as ‘you will’ as opposed to ‘you may’?  Are there circumstances where you feel you’re sure enough to say something in a very definite way?

J:  I have found, for the most part, spirit guides will give choices.  You are faced with a cross roads - go right, go left, go forward - that is the choice before you at the present time.  Each is a valid path, none is more valid than the others - choose what resonates with your dreams, goals and choices at the present moment.  Then, in the fullness of time, you will reap what is offered in each path or lesson.

4) This is a tad more personal. ;) After asking the question above, I’d like to know how you personally like to receive your readings?  I’m not referring to ‘the Internet’ or ‘face-to-face’.  I’m referring to the manner of delivery.

J:  Anyone who wishes to be told how to live their lives is giving away all their own personal power of free will choice.  The object of a reading is not to do this, but to perhaps cheer them on to their own best good.  All decisions need to remain with the individual seeker.

5) What are the main reasons you feel people ask for readings?  What are some ‘wrong’ reasons, if any?

J:  I recently read a book about psychics that said there is a reader for every client and vice versa.  Is there ever a really wrong reading?  Taking the power that a sitter is giving away and using it to lead them is just 'wrong'.  Ethics dictate free will choice to us all.  Give the power back and encourage some movement.  Nothing in life is static - help the client move on in whatever way they so choose.

If a client feels you have all their answers then they are not taking personal responsibility - the reading is then to empower them , not to take away any personal power and responsibility.

6) How do you feel when people start to become a bit too needy or reliant on your readings?

J:  Readings need be done no more than 2 x per year.  If you are allowing more, you are the problem, not the solution.  The needy may want more, you are in charge of putting them on their feet.  They are in charge of walking forward.  If they have not followed your advice, what more would come?  If they have and gotten into a problem, then it is their responsibility to see what they have done - not give it over to someone else.

Isn't life a series of experiences?  Don't we all have to make choices and decisions all the time?  That is personal power of free will of the individual - make sure they pick up their own responsibilities.
