Yea, its like you say and hear one thing but a different meaning is traveling on those words.

I've done it many times with friends.

One time i caught this guy called me an "a-hole" in his head and I called him out on it. He replied "Well....if the shoe fits". Then he was freaked out and told my manager and i was like "What i do?".

He drove away a little scared as he fumbled around tying to light his cigg.

I got a better story than that one... I had a friend(Chris) who I had not known for but a few months and we stayed to late at another friends house (JJ's house) Well JJ was nice enough to offer me his bed, and I told Chris that he could share it with me, instead of sleeping on the floor (I was single at the time... so it was okay) Well we laid in the bed on our backs for a while talking before we went to sleep. JJ was already out on his futon by this time... snoring rather loudly. Well I kissed Chris on the cheek and rolled over and I CLEARLY heard his say Good Night, I love you. Well I smiled to myself (he had never said this before and I felt the same way... I cared a lot about him!!) So I said it back and he JUMPED out of the bed and said 'what the Heck (not really heck) did you say?' So I propped myself up on my elbow and said it again... Now I knew that he didn't say all of it out loud... but I wanted him to know that I cared very much about him and that he meant that much to me (he often doubted his self worth) Well he tripped out about it for like 20 minutes... waking JJ up and then we had to tell him what had happened... I was sleepy and it wasn't that amusing then... but the next day I had a good laugh at him and teased him about it for days with JJ's help... it was the best!!

I have been able to talk to someone in my head since I was about 13... I still talk to him often, even though he lives in Texas and often makes me angry... it is hard to ignore someone who can be inside of you... it makes me forgive him for things that I wouldn't forgive others for...

Wow, what an amazing story! Thanks so much for sharing.. I also have the same experiences in my life, esp. with those closest to me. Most times even without saying anything, I have heard them saying something to me but were only thinking about me & directing thoughts/word to me..

Quite often I have been able to "hear" exactly whats been said as well - so amazing! Its like not just a sense of being psychic & hearing telepathic, but I think it has a lot to do as well with the connection you share with someone.
