Prediction or Forecast?, Mysticism, reading, forums, Numerology, Sun Signs, Divination

When readers make a prediction, would you agree it should be called a foreast instead because the 'predictions' are made based on one's current situation/circumstances?

Also, is it true that because no one knows exactly the timing, future events can occur way off from what is predicted- even up to 10years +?

I love your questions. Yes, some predictions or forecasts, have been off the mark in terms of the time factors and there have been stories of people who were right on the button including the precise day and hour. I kindly disagree with your assumption that no one knows, unless it is not your assumption?
I think the two words should coexist,
as they both have there place. It would therefor be up to the reader to define to the recipient, whether it is a Forecast-or-Prediction. My opinion

Thanks so much for your opinion lighting strikes twice.

I had a reader (claivoyant, tarot and astrology) made a prediction for a year ago. While the reader said it would happened around 2 weeks' time, it has been over a year and nothing has transpired though the reader still says it will come.

I think teither reader was 'forecasting' based on the situation then and things have changed, or the reading was off.
