When I got my baby boy, I was hoping for an astral partner as well as a pet. He has become more of a pet. He definitely sees me as mom and wants to be in the room I'm in at all times. Although he's not allowed into the computer room, he doesn't like to be locked out when I'm in there.
I don't know if anyone has this problem or not, but he's also a bit of a biter. He has gotten better since I started working with him, but he still bites when he's in an overly playful mood. Anyone have any tricks to remedy that? I know that the reason he still bites is because I got him very young (he was not even 8 weeks old when they gave him away, too early to be away from his mother), and he's been an only cat (at the time, I could only afford one cat). Other than that, he's a pretty good cat -- he doesn't chew anything unless he's trying to get my attention, and he sleeps with me at night (not something my fiancee likes, though). He does the typical cat stuff by getting into places he knows he shouldn't be, and he has a bit of a water fetish, but he's a good boy.
Does anyone have a cat who acts as a magickal partner/psychic partner? Did they pick you, or did you pick them?
