I am so sorry for your loss, but I think that you would be better seeking help from a medical professional or a counsellor for your grief. I cannot imagine what it must be like to lose a child, but as a mother I realise the pain must be so severe,  I do have experience of losing other loved ones and know that with time the pain does ease, the loss and sadness aren't felt so greatly and it is easier to cope, but we need help to get that far. Please contact someone in real life that can help you.

Surinder I too believe in re-incarnation, but that wasn't what I was getting from your message, the impression I had (obviously mistakenly) was that you felt your daughter would come alive suddenly rather than be incarnated into a different body, and that was why I suggested help as I did. It is good that you are under medical care too, and I will send you much love and reiki healing too.

I feel that at this moment there is no set choice of time planned out when she will re-incarnate, perhaps she still has work to do in the spirit world and is not ready to pick a time yet? A year is not a long length of time in the spirit world. It seems far longer here in the physical world, whilst we wait. Many times the families of those passed over do not 'know' or feel any information about their loved one's future incarnations. This is perfectly normal for everyone. In fact, imagine if we did know? Wouldn't it be possible then that we may interrupt their new life and change the way they went about their new lessons? Perhaps we might then make contact and the rush of emotions might completely unbalance the whole situation.
I think my best advice to you would be to sit tight, you know that she will re-incarnate when the time is right. And then depending on her new circumstances, life plan and spiritual agenda, you may know and you may meet again. Maybe not in your present life but I have no doubt from the strength of your love and bond that you will both be together again. Sometimes not as we expect, and individual relationships change in future lives so that we can experience the many lessons we all have to learn before we can progress to a higher level

It is very cold and starting to snow here and something just caught my eye outside the window. You will never guess what! A butterfly! In February! I take this as a sign that your daughter is aware and listening. Butterfly's are symbolic of transformation from one life, the caterpillar, to another, the butterfly. I am sure you will see tiny signs soon that your daughter is ok, please don't worry anymore xxxxx

I'm SO sorry that you lost your daughter.  I have a son, and (although I try not to think about it) I often think that I couldn't possibly handle the pain if, God forbid, anything ever happened to him.  I can't imagine what you're going through, but I do understand the feeling of trying to reach out to someone you've lost and hoping that, if you just keep trying, you'll be able to reach him or her on some level.  My own personal feeling (and, I believe, experience) is that it is sometimes possible, but that (as Lady of Avalon said) the time it can take for that to happen IN A WAY THAT'S APPARENT TO THE LIVING can seem like an eternity to those left behind--or it may never happen at all.

Although I have no way to know, I wouldn't be surprised if your dreams are just your daughter's way of saying hello and letting you know that she loves you and is OK (and I love Lady of Avalon's butterfly!).  My feeling (and this is only my feeling) is that, even if you only speak to your daughter in the dreams and in your mind when you're awake, you should always keep talking to her.  I'm pretty sure she'll hear you.

Please take good care of yourself (I'm also glad that you're getting help from a professional to help you get through the initial pain of your loss), and please write here again if you need to talk more.  I've only been here for a few days, but there are some very caring and thoughtful people here.
