Yes in fact that what i think he is but he has said that when i get baptized he will come out in me and frankly with all the progress that i have made i would be happy

Yes it is or will be a walk in.Sometimes he will take over your body and other times it will be you.what i think is he will let you have your life as you want and sometimes with your permission he will do his work he has been assigned here on earth.and it also can be temporary or lifelong depending on his mission.
There can be also more than one walk-in in a human body meaning there will be more than 3 personnality.

That is my understanding also.  A walk-in completely takes over the person's body and life and is responsible for cleaning up any problems, trying to keep relationships in the transition then moving on to do what that new spirit is coming in to do.  The one leaving, never returns to that body.  
A channel is one who can have different Spirits/Ascended Beings, talk thru them and lik J Z Knight, sometimes let the Ascended Being utilize the body almost completely while the host spirit/personality goes off to another dimension for a while to meet other Spirits, attend classes, meet with the White Brotherhood, etc. etc.  Then the host Spirit returns to their life and the guest Spirit leaves and goes back to their work on the other side.
That has been my experience and what I learned (from several sources.)

I was reading the posts about walk-ins and looked up more information on the subject. Sorry but to me it sounds like old fashion possession. We're not talking about lending someone a car which by the way I wouldn't do either because of the insurance. And if you did 'lend' someone your body how would you know that you were going to get it back? It seems to me that if you came to earth in your body then it is your job to do your life and what ever mission your life is and not go coping out and relinquishing your body. If your are going to be jumping in and out of bodies then why bother to be born to certain families. Temporary bodies would then be available for everyone to use. You know you could pour some water on a little dirt a body what ever size and age that you wanted would jump up and you could hop in and do your thing and then hop out. I know that if any spirit tried to take my body I'd hot foot it over to the church to get rid of the invader. That's just me of course. (0:

I think I agree with Thistle. I fear possession and don't see myself welcoming it or taking it lightly. There's only one exception to that, that I won't get into here but in a separate post I was going to post anyway lol ... but... um ...
I did answer most of those questions positively so it did get me thinking. I have felt since I was 2ish (I know it's crazy that I remember that far back) and all through life that I was more than one person and felt connected to many contradicting principles. I eventually thought this may be due to many past lives... I never heard of "walk-ins" .... I don't know.... I'm writing this with the intention of researching further.
