A schoolmate of mine passed away last week. And lately at school "things" go on in class. The computers shut down and the air conditioner freaks out. Stuff on our teachers' desks just decide to break or fall. And weirdest of all, this stuff happens following his schedule. The class he would have( if he was alive) seems to have problems. Now I do see spirits but I cant see him so I am not so sure it is him. I don't think he wants to seen. What do you guys think?

As a young person, he was certainly not prepared to die.  I feel it may have been a sudden passing (an accident?).  In his lack of ability to communicate, he does what he can - poltergeist activities.  

Pray for the angels to take him into the light.

That poor soul,so young. It sounds like they have not come to terms with what happened sometimes it's not just when they die it's how, that can effect their awareness or allow them to make the transition, I would send the them as much light and love as you can in your mind, and of course pray like spritalk advised. I can not imagine that this soul is content, or is just there in visitation. sounds like they are acting out just like any troubled person when they need help they are not getting it.

Youre right!! He did pass in an accident! It was a boat accident! I miss him so much..

Can you get permission from the school to use a room where the energy was strongest to perform a ritual of passing of stuck spirit?  If so, follow the ritual as a spiritual exercise opening and closing with prayer.

Light up a white candle and smudge (blow smoke) into every corner of the room.  At the same time, say, outloud:  "I claim this space for the learning of your friends and acquaintences now and into the future.  You must turn completely around, see the white light and move into it.  Angels are there to help guide you through."

He will know you care as this is done with loving intent.  Be firm and kind as he passes through.  In the fullness of time, you may yet hear from him again - but he will not be stuck in the earth environment and doing mischief.
