The flashes that I see are occasional but very deliberate. I ruled it out as being a "glitch" in my eyes when they appeared once and my husband confirmed to me that he saw them too. Weird thing is, it doesn't just happen as a quick passing sort of flash, more like a group of dots of light that swirl around, and they are always pink and white. I usually get scared when I see anything out of the ordinary but they always leave me in awe and make me feel relaxed. Anyone see this as well, or know what they could possibly be?

You have definitely identified a spirit happening. When lights and colors come from spirit it is our loved ones or guides letting us know they are near and remaining dear to our being. They can be communicated with by asking: 'What do you want?' or the like.
