I need to know what this really means.
It doesn't happen all the time, just once in awhile. anyway. when I'm ready to fall asleep, i freeze up for a moment and i start to hear things in my house, like someone is walking around, back and forth, slamming the doors or the lights will go off and on. it's scary for me. and i know no one is really there at all. i cant get used to it.
but when those things happen, always something negative has to happen to someone i know. they pass on. this happened to me before my late twin brother died.
i knew i wasn't asleep, but before he died, i saw in my mind without thinking of it,him in a coffin. though it was just nothing at that time, but it got worse everyday, each time i was ready for bed. i would experience seeing myself crawling towards my mother-in-laws place, this happened just before i fell asleep. so i opened my eyes, close them again, and there i was by her door on the ground, boy this really did scare me a lot. so i didn't want to sleep at all. but the most scary part of it was when i saw a man standing by my door bed room, all in black with a bunny hug, covering his head staring at me, for a minute i though i was asleep but i wasn't, i closed my eyes, than open them again, there he was in front of me, very close to my face, i couldn't see his face at all, but he disappered. never did see him again and i hope i never do again.
so this is some of my experiences i see, it's usually before i fell asleep. why do i get this,or experience this, what ever it is?
i hope one day i can understand me.

Hi What you are seeing is normal and dont think of it as a scary negative thing that only happens when theres death around.
You are seeing people just before or just after they pass, i get that all the time. i say your also precog as well.
Relax and just observe for a while.Nothing you see will hurt you.

I know what you are experiencing can feel scary and mabey even sometimes you may even feel like you are going crazy. I know I did when I first experienced a spirit for the first time. But, I grew up with a family who has experienced it many times over and have learned how to live with them. First of all, my guess is you are all alone with this, does your family know? Second, there are all different kinds of entities that exist and you have to find out first what you are dealing with. My guess would be it is you have a special gift that my Grandpapa had, our tribe called it the DreamKeeper. He was able to connect with the souls of people in our family who were going to pass, or have passed. You have this gift and they are trying to connect with you. Unfourtunaley there is no on off switch to turn them off, but acceptance is the key part of this whole thing, and then you can move on to the next stage. Coming from Native tribes, that happens alllll the time. You have to accept first that is what it is and accept it. Then you want to not experience them only when you are falling asleep but when it is convenient for YOU. So, you must learn how to meditate and put yourself in a meditative trance to then train your body, mind and soul to communicate in a relaxed, and normal state that is comfortable for you. Sage also is a wonderful meditative tool to relax you and the spirits around you. You will have to expierement with different things and see what works best. Believe it or not, this is a gift, you just dont know it yet. Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

i do want to learn, but there's always something in mind i think about, i dont know how to keep my mind clear without thinking of anything. im just so worried about other things of my life and always have been depressed, because i lost my tow brother's and mother and other things. how can i do this? can u show me how. i always wanted to ask my twin brother why he died, what happen to him, no one knows. i always wanted to ask him, i try to figure it out myself, but i can't.

The best way I can offer over the internet is just an easy basic meditation that I will type out for you and send you. It will take a while for me to type it all out. Dont stress it. You have to think of this as stepping stones. We did not learn how to walk till we learned how to crawl. We did not learn how to run till we learned how to walk. To get everything right, we need to be precise and take the steps necessary to get to the right place. I know you just want to get there I can sense that. Trust me in this, once you get you meditation down, the rest will come much easier. But first remember, the basic meditation is very easy and YOU WILL be able to do it. Even if not the first time, you will be able to do it. For now I will tell you just a breathing excercise that is in all the meditations ok. It calms down our mind, body and spirit. DO IT RIGHT NOW WITH ME....Close your eyes. Well, next time you can lol...Become aware of your breathing. Now slowly, and through your nose, slowly, take in a breath where you are also slowly pushing out your belly the same time, slowly take in the breath~~~~now hold it in for the slow count of 5~~5 4 3 2 1 SLOWLY RELEASE THROUGH YOUR MOUTH NOW WITH YOUR MOUTH PURSED IN A WHISTLE LIKE O ~~~SLOWLY~slowly~~also now push out the breath with your belly towards the end till no breath is left~~~~~AGAIN...in through nose be aware of your belly coming out now this time visualize beautiful white pure light, clean positive, calm, clean, good air is coming in our nose right now~~~~~~it is filling us up. hold for 5 ~~~Out through your mouth very slow through the pursed lips and that negative, nervous, depressed, air is all coming out with it now....feel it? Now, keep doing it with your eyes closed if you become distracted, NEVER GET MAD at yourself for becoming distracted or mad at the person or thing that is distracting you, just try again and again. Go in the bathroom if you have to. I had to!!!! Once you get the breathing down, I will send you the next step. Good luck and let me know!!!!!
