Is this a form of psychic readings? I usually cannot remember my dreams only when I'm heavy in thought or feeling multiple negative emotions at once, but I have had many Deja Vu experiences especially after my head injury 2 years ago. I get them all the time, sometimes I can even remember the dream..and I know that it is a deja vu because of this...feeling I get in the dream, I feel all numb and sort of tired and I have a sense of reality..like maybe I have some control. This same feeling occurs when I am awake and having the Deja Vu experience, and these experiences have sometimes saved me from bad situations. The only problems I have is, I can't always remember them, but when I get the feeling I described, I can start remembering details..and eventually the actual event. Also they seem to only involve my problems, nobody elses.

So what do you think? Is this normal, or is this different?

Deja Vu can be triggered by epilepsy.

Epilepsy can be triggered by head trauma.

Your deja vu is probably just a result of trauma to your temporal lobe region.

Hi psilo
I have had this for years although it happens rarely.
I go to a place in a vivid dream that is unforgettable and then visit the place some time afterwards for the first time – in the flesh. There seems to be no reason for it.

What I suggest is that you look at spiritalk's posts on grounding and do what is suggested before sleep. It works for me.

That's interesting.. does this mean my Deja Vu experiences are false? Am I just thinking that I Have Deja Vu or is it real?

I get them about 6 times a year usually through no real change in emotion or trauma.
