Hi dear psychics in the forum,

Being someone who has no apparent psychic ability, I'm always curious about how a psychic connects with another person. I have read that in a phone reading, the psychic connects to the person via his/her voice.  But what about email readings? Does it mean that a connection can be made just by knowing the name? And also, is the connection in an email reading as good as a phone reading?

I do f2f, phone, email, chat, webcam and forum readings. DId I forget any kind lol? The media doesn't seem to matter to me, each reading is different. If you imagine that each molecule of air around me is touching another and then another and then another until it finally reaches the aura of the seeker then that gives a clue as to the quantum physics of readings. I find I don't need a name or a birthdate, although those can help greatly to add accuracy, star sign can give personalites and life numbers all add to a reading but are not necessary either. I personally think that online readings have the most accuracy, the seeker is much more relaxed and open, perhaps not embarrassed at being seen to consult a reader? But the internet has brough about the ease of getting a reading and so in some ways has devalued them. People can simply use a pc and get a free reading or a dozen free readings, hopping from one reader to another, wheras when a reading was only available for a paid fee in person I think that perhaps some took them more seriously and were more inclined to accept one rather than pay for more?

As eye_of_tiger said, there are many ways and each psychic has a particular  way of providing their readings. This can be via Spirit guides, true clairvoyance(and/or clairaudience...), psychometry, some use external tools and so on.

However , there are many swindlers in between that are more than ready to convince anybody who is not well informed in those matters too.

No offence but I believe that most of the people who charge per minutes spent are more interested in keeping YOU online for their bills to be high, so they are willing to tell you anything. The same goes for those who charge by email  

Those things will only end when people will take their responsibilities as Spiritual beings and learn about themselves and the tiny part of God called Universe.

Certain things; especially on such subjects are better left to those who really want to know to find out by themselves. I could recommend some authors from whom you can find out what you are looking for, if you want to.

What you want to find out requires genuine interest; not just superficial curiosity. By that, I do not mean that you have a superficial interest in it; what I am saying is that it appeals to the desire to know rather than to find out...

I would advise to stay curious and get more occult knowledge on the matter; once you do, many things will explain themselves...

Attunement is the key.  And we all attune in our own personal way.  The medium would attune to the spirit guide then to the client/sitter.  When all is in place, the energy flows.

I do both telephone and e-mail readings - the voice is imperative.  In a demonstration with a large group (I have worked with as many as over 200) it is important to know the energy you have is the one to receive the message.  The voice is the key.

It is a signature as personal as your own fingerprints and allows the attunement.  Thereby a psychic could work with the voice as well.  In an e-mail reading, everyone has chosen the name they will appear as in the forum -there is a personal choice there and it has an energy of the individual client.
