After talking to some spiritual people in tune with their spirit guides and spirit, they have shown me a few things about me. I'm actually normal in terms of my chosen spiritual path in this life. I am apparently an old soul, a star child, indigo type soul, and I live on a higher vibrational level than most other souls here on this planet. It is actually meant for me to be different and to be ignored for the first part of my life, as I have not awakened to my spiritual energies and powers yet. But as I complete my current karma, meet my twinflame, I will begin my true purpose in life which is to help, heal, and guide people with my spiritual gifts, which they say are very powerful.

I've actually been shown that I am being ignored by others for a reason, mostly for my protection. But ultimately, I am not meant to feel normal or to feel like I "fit in" with society as that is not part of my purpose. Since my purpose is really an inward journey, so I am meant to be introverted and deep, which most people arent. So with a path like the one I am to live, I shall be alone for most of my life. Except of course, I shall spend my life with my twinflame for intimate companionship. My path is to ascend, once I meet my twinflame, then I will fully understand my purpose, as people will begin to be drawn towards me for spiritual healing, love, and guidance.

Have you bought into that old saw that we are here to suffer?  Is it a karmic life?  Or are we creative beings?  

The fact is that we are put on the earth to seek happiness.  This can be found alone or in a group or in the company of a loved one.  Our relationships help us define our lessons and learn spirituality.

Karma is a theory from the past life realm.  For those that do not subscribe to this theory there is little in life that would outline much of what you wrote.  That is why it is important to know we are creative beings and can design and change anything that comes into our lives.  It is up to ourselves to take personal responsibility and create.

As to the Indigo, Crystal etc. labels, they are just that.  There is little to prove anything about the labels.  Now I do agree many people have fit into the pattern of the quizzes that you find rampant on the internet re: Indigo.  But as someone pointed out there are many people who could fit to a high degree without the label.  

We all have a purpose in life.  And the raising consciousness (with or without indigo rising) is impelling us to seek our spirituality.  As we do this we will find our service in life.  

BTW it did sound as though you would put that responsibility on meeting a specific person - take charge of your own direction - that is personal responsibility.
