Never mirror back what is being sent to you - especially if it has a negative connotation.  That is a karmic bond of negativity from both parties.

The equation for removing high emotions/negativity from you is:

Red (the situation sent to you as an arrow)
Return the arrow - Add White (the spirit)
Equals Pink (Love) in this way giving the sender another energy to use.

I've read from alot of different sites that tell you how to drain.

These two are about the only ones that are more accurate on shielding yourslef from a PsyVamp.Not saying that they can strike again,for they will not be able to steal your energy.
