hi everyone i am very new to the mystic board, to forums, posting everything so i don't know if i need to introduce myself at every forum or just in the beginning where it says introduce yourself please excuse me if I'm wrong, but i was wondering if anyone can tell me how i can get back in tune with my spirit guides i feel as if I'm in the world all by myself and theres a black fog following me around i used to listen to my guides and stopped taking their advice (because it was easier to do things my way) and now they don't seem to want to guide me anymore how can i say I'm sorry respect and want their help

Meditation is the tool for all spirit work.  Begin by quieting the body (breathing exercises) then picture in the forehead (3rd eye) a peaceful place you can remain during your meditation.  When you are ready use a symbol and a seat to attract your specific spirit guide.  In this way, you are not welcoming all and sundry to the light of your spirit.

When everyday thoughts invade our mind (and they will) blow a gentle breeze to see them come and go.

We do have an Introduction Board but if you feel like saying hello when you post a question for the first time in other forums then that is fine too, although not expected

I agree with Spiritalk, meditation can  be the key here, either alone or guided and also asking your guides to 'come close, and help you' before you go to sleep that is another way

Thank you spiritakl I'm new to this, i understand about meditation somewhat but i don't know what you mean when you sey use  symbols and a seat. could you clear this up for me when you have the time please?
