I truly think that all the stress I have lately is interfering with abilities to perform especially with my pendulum (sigh)

What can I do?

Put away your pendulum for the moment and instead attempt to deal with the things which are most contributing to the stress you are currently experiencing, as best you are able.

While you are so overstressed, your subconscious mind is in survival mode, and there is as a result very little chance of the often much more subtle psychic signals from getting through all the emotional static.

Do not concern yourself that your abilities to dowse have gone for good. They will return in full force in the proper fullness of time. There are much more important priorities in your life to cope with at present.

You are only by worrying yourself unnecessarily about permanently losing your intuitive abilities adding to the stress which is effectively at present further blocking them?

Hoping this puts your mind more at ease as your guides have evidently decided in their infinite wisdom that a brief time out from using the pendulum is in your own best interests (and probably also those of other people close to you as well).

Take good care of yourself while waiting for their (your psychic gift's) inevitable return.

Is the dowsing involved with the physical or a more mental or spiritual level? It is only the physical that is stressed - find the sources and affect a cure.

As to the spirit or mental levels - sometimes the psychic works best when we get out of the way. Practice to see if that is possible.

I know during a demonstration when I had a cold I worked with spirit and there was no sign of it - as soon as I sat down it returned to the physical body.

Can you just get away for a long bath and some type of facial or masage? You sound ike abreak is needed. the worst thing you can do is worry about it or spend all your cancentration on the problem and make it worse. Treat yourself. Time for a nice time.
