I KNow That People Around Here Said That It Was Rude To Just Jump In and Start Askin FOr A reading. SO I Just Want to Keep Respect For everybody on this fourm.

Now I have A question For Spiritalk. On Your Statement You MadeThe tool is meditation. There are some excellent tried and true methods outlined that help to reach the psychic goals. Exactly What Do I meditate On And Could You Like Direct Me To Maybe Some Books Or Methods That Can Help Me A Little FUrther. I Really Appreciated Your Insight.

We meditate to calm ourselves in all aspects - body, mind, spirit. That is why I suggest a calm, peaceful place that resonates with each individual - after all, we are all unique. When we are ready to 'invite' spirit into the exercise we use a symbol and I often set a chair in my scene as I place the symbol of connection. The symbol can be anything - but something of nature (a flower, waterfall, snow, grass, tree, bird, animal, etc.) usually does the job.
