I have had voices and visons since i could first talk and walk. Which made it interesting when i was growing up. I thought i was crazy for quite a few years.i tried to ignore and block out what was going on during my early teens  But the voices would never go way.I would see things and try to brush it off or or pretend it never happened. After a while it clicked i started to listen more, question, read and try different things. Most of this journey has been guided. I have 6 guides suffering under me.
Never be afraid to try out everything, thats how you get stronger. Im a great believer in  reading, studying, trying. Trust your basic instincs, you will find you were right the first time.

Listening to all those guides might have made the journey more directed to your best interests as well as more comfortable!  The point is - we have the guidance  - we just don't listen.

But have you ever known a teenager listen to advice
especially a male teenager . The average male dosent disconnect his brains from his genitals until hes 30.
My guides are wonderfull and im gratefull that they are here to help like they do.I tell them all the time that im apreciate there help. A few times i have sat down and reflected on what has happened in my life and how situations and directions have come and passed.I can see where they have steered things to happen or found ways for me to grow. Its a great exercise to sit down and map out your changes on paper.

Psychic/mediumship work is not for the frivolous - if they persist - send them away.  You are serious about your efforts and want serious attention to this work.  There are times a 'joy' guide is sent to uplift us when we take ourselves too seriously - that is acceptable attention to our personal needs.  So it would depend upon it being helpful or interference.

Using the tools of our own consciousness (visualization, meditation, affirmation) and setting rituals for self culture to keep the positive mode operating is important - start each day with a positive affirmation and confirm it during your stresses of the day.  In this way, you will keeping your consciousness positive and enlightened - allowing all your stresses to resolve themselves in positive action.

Meditation is the tool for development.  Using all the suggestions of quieting the body, mind, spirit for attunement is the process.  Find some excellent techniques that suit your efforts and be consistent in your approach - using the same time, the same day, the same place tends to invite the guide to a consistent effort.
