Mirror Gazing, Mysticism, reading, forums, Numerology, Sun Signs, Divination

Waht r effects of miror gazing, is it astral trvel, contating spirit guides, or what else? simply staring at miror is enuf withot blinking?

pl provide more detials.

I dont do a lot of mirror gazing i keep breaking mirrors with my face

The times i have done it i have used the mirror to defocus my mind from reality.
Some times its a vison and occasionly i see my guides behind me.
Idont know about anyone else but i find it similar to scrying a crystal ball.

This one I'd read seems more about self discovery, though I feel negative and strange about it, and wouldn't condone it. This seems pretty safe and effective.

Remembering there are many levels of spirit we can contact, it is important to feel precious and loved in the best of these connections. Using mirrors is just not that elevated a process. Be careful of the spirit you get and do test their purpose.

Hello beebee,

I scry, and use crystal balls and mirrors and water and candles and lots more. I find it a way to connect to my inner self and then messages come through, sometimes in a visual sense, I do tend to see things rather than hear. Don't stare at anything without blinking for a long time, that will just give you eye strain lol, the key word is relax, just take your time and relax into the moment.

It depends what you want to 'see' in the mirror really?
