I was asked about how someone could see and feel auras more clearly and thought I would post this fun exercise.
You need to enlist the help of a couple of willing friends first lol!
Then calm yourselves, do a group med or just some deep breathing for a few moments.
Imagine the room you are in has four directions, North, East, South and West, just for ease of explaining.
Now one person stands facing the North, eyes closed tightly, a couple of feet away from the North wall. This is the person whose aura we are going to try and feel.
Another person stands close to the West wall, facing East, this person is the watcher, the judge.
Another person stand near the South wall but facing North, this person will do the pushing and feeling
Ok , so the person standing in the South, rubs both their palms together quickly and then raises their hands, palms facing outwards. Then they slowly walk towards the person on the North, try and feel or sense any change in temperature or magnetic field, pressure or tingling, and carry on slowly walking forwards.
The Watcher needs to watch both people and see if there is any change to the way the person in the North is standing.
As the South person gets closer a slight resistance should be felt about 2 foot away and the then 1 foot and then 6 inches away from the North person's back, and they should be able to bounce this pressure area. Sometimes the area is further out or further in depending on the strength of the aura and the sensitivity of the feeler.
Usually the Watcher will notice the North person get uncomfortable and feel this pressure and sub-consciously move or lean towards the wall away from the pressure. They can also say when they feel anything or anyone is near. Sometimes they will lean forward and back as their aura is pushed and pulled lol.
Its great for kids, and seems to work really well with them.
A lot of explaining, but oh so easy in practice
