I think all of this will greatly depend on the judge who hears your case. I think at this point, you have no defense. You were caught going 100 in a 60. That is against the law and you will have to pay for that, no ifs, ands or buts about it. Take what is coming to to you and learn from this experience. The courts don't care if your bladder was about to explode, or whether your an honor student. You will probably not get prison time since its your first offense, but I do think you'll get a heavy fine. So be prepared to pay several hundred if not over a thousand.
I'm not going to be a hypocrite, I've sped and I've paid the price (ticket price and now higher insurance). I definately watch my speed now because any hit to my pocketbook is an eye opener. Besides, speeding can kill. Something to think about the next time your lead foot hitches a ride with you.
