I am I guess what people call intuitive, I feel other peoples feeings, symptoms, I get bad gut feelings when things are going wrong, dream sometimes of things that will happen ect. But when I am looking for answers to things I want to know, it seems to me that my subconcious takes over and answers my questions in the way I want themto turn out, yet when I have no intrest in knowing things I just get them like when my nan is having heart problems I get the symptoms. And another thing is how can you tell what is you and what is being picked up from someone else? I have this problem and am always thinking I have some terrible illiness because I feel soooooo awful all the time I cant seem to disconnect from people I have tried protection, cutting ties ect hasnt helped.

This journey is all about YOU!  Finding the right visualization is personal.

Try wearing a hat and see if it makes any difference. Sometimes that can block you from tuning into ever body else.

Ask your Higher Power to guide you, and help you in what and how you share what you get. To assist in revealing the purpose you are to serve may help. I have learned that resisting this gift can make it more difficult.  I learned to ask for guidance and help in my service to others and a higher purpose.

Also you can mediatate, envision  pitcher held above your head, pouring Gold light down on  your head, flowing over you, covering every part of you.

I do that with Green light for healing as well.

Psychic development begins with a conscious effort to take charge of your own talents and abilities.  Begin with a simple protection visualization and affirmation and consider yourself as opening and closing when you give your guidance an appointment or opportunity to work.  The tools to use are meditation.  Do a meditation to contact your guide - then work with them to design your preferences of working.

All of this has you in charge of the whole process.  Be sure what you want to do, as unfoldment will take its turn and you will be rewarded with much input to be understood.
