Could this be my imagination?Lately when going to sleep i've been seeing faces and last night it was a nun with a cross on her outfit ,its people I've never seen before and i'm not asleep when it happens.

Welcome to the i can see people from the other side club. Its a good thing so dont worry about seeing them. I you have problems with them popping in when you are busy or not expecting then ask them to respect that there are conditions of entry.
As a personal observation i love it they are fascinating and you can get a real sense of belonging from them.

Just as we are falling asleep we go into an altered state - alpha. Meditation also occurs in alpha state. Through meditation psychics and mediums form their message. So, as you can see, the psychic dream can occur in this brief window of time as you are falling asleep and again as you are waking.

When random spirit is coming into your consciousness, it might be time to take charge and ask questions.

Meditation has always been hard for me the noise just wont go away.Mainly music that gets stuck in my head that I heard on tv commercials, my family loves tv.
