I'm wanting to make a digital painting for a friend's now deceased dog, and there's one photo that is missing. It's actually a card that was given to her wheh the dog died, from her vet. I never misplace things like that when I have a bulk of photo refs together. It's black and white.

How would I go about finding this, as far as sensing it? Normally I do a great job, but this time I'm just not feeling it. I almost feel silly for asking about this, but the last thing I want to do is lose it... Of all the things it has to be something very precious.. (Why me?? lol)

What you have written suggests that up until now you have mainly depended on your ability of psychic feeling or clairsentience in order to receive genuine psychic information concerning lost items.

As your spiritual body has many other senses than only this one, could I please respectfully suggest that you could try one or more of your other psychic senses, when psychic feeling appears to have temporarily failed?

As psychic or intuitive impressions come to us through our emotional rather than via the logical or reasoning parts of our minds, if whatever we have lost is valuable or worse is regarded as being irreplaceable, the large amount of emotional static produced by us panicking tends to drown out the often much weaker psychic signals?

During a quiet time of relaxation or meditation, ask in your mind where the photo might be, and write down the very first answer you are given through words or thoughts within yourself (by clairaudience). Or request that the answer be given to you instead visually (as clairvoyance) as thought pictures in your inner mind's eye.

Not only will this I feel greatly increase your chances of finding the doggy photo sooner rather than later, but it will also encourage the further development of your other often overlooked psychic senses. You may indeed by so doing discover that your clairsentient abilities (psychic feeling) will be used even less in the future, as you come to realise for example that you are mainly a psychic hearer or visionary instead.

Perhaps your guide already knows this, and he or she is now attempting to nudge you in the right direction for you by denying you this information through your psychic feeling on this occasion?

You know, I actually found it without even trying. I just had this idea, "Let me look one more time." Me being a rather stubborn person, I didn't want to give up, and looked in the area that my photographic memory kept pointing out like crazy. I realized then I had actually put it within a small book in order to keep it safe. I'm just so dumb sometimes, lol. Though, maybe you're correct, and it was my guide trying to help me understand more of who I am, and to follow what I "see" rather than what I feel. I kept picturing this shelf the whole time, just *knowing* it was there, but I couldn't understand why I couldn't find it. I realize now that I was being told it was there; I just wasn't looking in the proper place when I'd search for it. I guess this also means I need to be more careful placing special photos. :P
