when we develop a morning ritual - it can be done before we even lift our head from the pillow.  It is taking only 5 minutes of your day to actually set you up with positive thoughts for the day.  Repeating the affirmations can take as little as a thought during a busy work schedule.  It is not some involved practice - just one that keeps your mind centered in positive, uplifting thoughts.

I agree with the Dr. that your work place is where you are validated and opening to spirit - just because you are understood.  But it is not the best environment and you need to make a time and place, other than work, to attune to spirit realms.

I know, that's the problem, really.  If I was still in contact with my friend Nikki, it would be easier.  She was more open to mystical and psychic ideals.  We would study these things together.  Though, she has a daughter now, and divorced :(  She's had a rough life.  The sad thing is I separated myself from the two friends I had while in high school because I couldn't handle the pressure of what they were going through.  I've always been the friend everyone went to with problems, and at the time I had my own, so I couldn't really be the support they needed.  On top of that, I had no close friends to go to when I needed one.  My co-worker/friend would be someone to get with, if she had time.  We'll work on that.

--Edit-- I forgot to mention that this weekend I noticed the same green sparks/flashes while I was in the master bath.  It was quiet and I felt a bit more relaxed.  I never really have the time to try to attune myself in order to investigate this farther.

Sounds like you know what you should do. Take a hot relaxing bath with some candles for lighting and try to meditate. Can't hurt and you might enjoy the bath.

Well I do enjoy baths to relax, so I should give that a go :D

while hot, relaxing baths help us to forget the physical and attune to the spirit, it is important to remain alert in water.  Water is the flow of spirit and can draw any and all - you do not want to be overtaken.
