I've always known that everyone has a different reaction to colors.  I personally thought it sounded odd when I was reading this on one site.  Though, it was more geared to what each color represented rather than how to use it with others.  The woman would go by her gut feeling when it came to which color she should wear that day, and realized that what she felt like wearing ended up representing what would happen through each reading.

I personally prefer going by what I feel rather than what others try to say is standard.  I understand that each color represents something, though the colors we personally need are what we are also attracted to.  It represents who we are.

I embrace color as conducive to mood, emotion and expression. Often I am drawn to yellow, I wear yellow blouses or t-shirts.

As for the color that rises during meditation, With my eyes closed, the color violet comes up from the base of my "vision window" rises to the center and whisps away like smoke.

My hands, and healling. This is interesting. When others are in pain or suffering discomfort I have a strong desire to touch them, to assist in comforting them. I always have, even as a child. I had read, and learned about healing hands, and I have experimented with healing energy, asking God to be a conduit for the aid or comfort of others. The willing participants were comforted, two with TMJ, a problem with the jaw alignment were very comforted. A dog was ill and could not walk or bear weight on it's hind legs. I did a "snatching" of energy and throwing it away where he felt extremely hot. The dog regained the ability to walk within twenty minutes, and needed following help after a few hours. I advised his owner he needed to see a doctor. The dog had lymes disease, was treated and regained full health.

I have helped other animals as well. One for a psychic reader here, and her dog improved as well.

There have been occasions when someone near to me was dying, and I held their hands, much to their comfort.

I've known that I have gifts to share, but I'm afraid my life experience has not been such that was secured enough to become more disciplined with them.
