this is kind of long.  I just kind of need some guidance.  Some words that can help explain what exactly is happening.  

So throughout my life I have kind of had the idea that I had some sort of psychic ability.  Of course when you are a child, you kind of blow these things off because they are scary.  Well i am 17 now and I need to go back to these things after a dream I had.  

I guess I need to explain a dream.  I went to my house after a long day out and I was home alone.  As I walked in there was a child, about two years old, sitting in a fetal position as you would see a fetus in a womb.  However, he had matted, falling out hair, closed eyes, was a sickly blue color and covered in this weird transparent "goo".  As I walked closer to it the baby whispered "so cold".  It kept saying "I am so cold" to me.  Somehow I knew that it was an aborted baby.  My mother then walked in and I asked her if she could see it and she completely denied seeing it.

Frankly, I have seen dead people before.  In haunted places, once in my house, etc.  But it doesn't happen often and I have a bad habit of forcing it out and sadly repressing it.  I spoke once in my dream to my grandmother who died when I was 4 and I met maybe once.  She told me her name and other information and my mother never talks about my grandmother.  I found out later that all the information was correct.  

For as long as I can remember, I have heard people talking almost just in the background.  Especially if I am trying ot fall asleep, somebody will talk to me.  its not like I hear it in my mind though, its like I hear them talking right next to me.  It keeps me up for hours and I blame it as the main cause of my chronic insomnia.  I also will hear somebody call my name from far away.  I hear it very clearly but nobody around me does.  This is something I can remember doing since I was in preschool.

I am pretty good at predicting things.  The first vision I ever had was in seventh grade and I hate thinking about it.  I was sitting in class and I had images of my friend falling and being covered in blood.  Later that night, we had our grand opening of the musical Bugsy Malone.  I was sitting backstage and suddenly people came barging out carrying her.  She had slipped off of the set and cut her leg open.  It was exactly as I had seen it.  It made me feel really helpless and that has carried with me into high school.  I had a vision of us losing championchips in Marching Band 2 years ago.  I knew going on the field that we were going to get fourth or fifth.  I wasn't quite sure.  We got fourth.  That has happened multiple times in my life.

Something I have not really thought too much about is the fact that I can tell somebody's emotions perfectly if they are near me, on the phone, or even talking online.  The emotion fills the room so much that it is almost too much and I can't be in that room anymore.  I don't really think that is a psychic ability, just sensitivity to emotions.  I just thought that I would throw it in there

I don't know if these things are intuition, me being crazy, or if...I am psychic.  I don't know how to handle that last option.  I told my friend once and she thougth i was paranoid schizofrenic.

Im lost and I don't have anybody to talk to about this.  Its been bottled up for 17 years.

It's evident that you have psychic abilities, and all you have to do is use them for the benefit of humanity. Why do you feel the need to convince others of this? Others may or may not believe, what does it matter?



It's better not to tell anyone. They won't understand, anyway. Man is a sinner, a degraded animal, so you can be wiser than ever keeping these things to yourself, rather than seeking encouragement from these people and setting yourself up for disappointment.

Just let the power work, don't worry about convincing others.

It sounds to me like your a natural ,you have come to the right place all that you have written about as been experienced by many
firstly you must learn how to put up protection around your self find a quiet place to relax were you wont be disturbed i visualize a ball of light in front of me and ask that this divine light enfolds me and keeps me protected after you have done this a few times you will feel the heat from it as the raze of light from it goes down the front of your body and then up the back not forgetting to seal the edges
next been able to open and close your self to spirit would help you to sleep at night after you have done the above (every one as different methods i will tell you what works for me but please feel free to look around the board)while in this light some open all or just the top three chakeres  (may be some open only the top two i don't know but you will find what works for you) call your door keeper to your side asking him to keep you safe and only let spirit through from the divine light and with love next call your guides/helpers to step forward to help you communicate with spirit now you are safe to communicate with spirit imagine in the centre of your forehead a third eye now open this (this is the area you look through ) this is were i would ask you if you are really concerned that your dream was not just a dream to call forward this child and ask the child to look around for a light when they go in to the light they will be safe and warm  and that there's someone waiting for them in the light when they have gone in to the light thank your guides/helpers and door keeper for there assistance and tell them you are now closing close your third eye then your chakeres from the top down although closed i keep the light of protection

Please note i am not qualified i am learning i have a very good teacher i have participated in house clearings and rescue work
I believe anyone that works from love with good intent can do rescue work just believe you can do it and that your protected

It sounds like you a one of the few gifted ones out there. I may be wrong but it sounds like you may be an empath and a clairaudient in the making. Suresh is right - most people shun what they don't understand or haven't opened their mind up to yet, so tesharing your thoughts and feelings with someone unable and not mature enough to comprehend your abilities is not the best of ideas. As of that most people supress them and end up doing themselves more harm but i guess the fact that you've come to these boards, show that you are keenly aware of your abilities and i am sure there will be good souls here who'll take you under their wing and guide you. First let me tell you that you are very well spoken for 17.  I am not a psychic but I love Sylvia Browne and your story reminds me of her.  Do you know who she is?  Have you read any of her books?  If not, borrow one from the local library or buy one.  You'll get some answers.  

You did come to the right place.  MysticBoard is filled with great people with great hearts and great advice.
